UK mobile provider Three Mobile has apologised for an ongoing internet outage that impact thousands of customers on Thursday .
Users report being unable to make and receive speech sound call – include to the hand brake services – during the outage , with many understandably get their frustrations to social media .
The outage , which start at around 1:00pm UK time on January 2023 , is continuing into the eventide according to drug user reports on theDown Detector websiteand from the web itself .
