Google has announced the popular Google Podcasts service is shutting down as the ship’s company plans to fold audio shows into the YouTube Music app .
The company is trust to streamline the experience entirely after making sound and video podcastsavailable within the YouTube Music appwithout the need for a subscription in the first place this year .
For those with accession , the app already enables downloads , background play and compatibility with the railway car and overbold speakers , and the alternative to easily switch between audio frequency and video podcasts . That ’s a perquisite that only YouTube Music offer .

While this should simplify things more or less , this is n’t the first clock time Google - branded and YouTube - branded product have created confusion for users . Music , for instance , was under the Google Play Music denounce for years , before Google get it under the YouTube banner .
